things you see here on this site to resolve this but nothing
seemed to help much for me. One day last week I decided to defrag
which I do from time to time like most of you, but this time
I went in to safe mode to do it, WOW!
That took care of the slow start for me. I don’t know if this will help you
or not, but its worth a try. Just wanted to pass this along and hope this will help
someone out there like it did for me.
