lock up when linking

Everytime I try to click on a link either in my outlook express email or in IE, it has started locking up on me. I ran Spybot and AdAware but didn't seem to help. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

Think I may have fixed it. I redid all the suggested things such as Spybot. I have AdAware 6.0 installed on my computer and tried to download SE (assuming it's a different or newer version. it said it was installed but I couldn't find it.) Anyway, I took off an old NOrton Antivirus program I had that wasn't updated and want to install one that is recommended, but would like to post a Hijack This Log first. So, will do that. Thanks
