The computer (Dell laptop) gets these interupt commands. They inturn cause a row of keys not to work... like the row "8,i,k,<," row and the "3,e,d,c," row.

I attached a full size keyboard which works, but I really need to use the laptop as a laptop and fix this problem.

Where and why does this happen or come from???

It sure sounds like a physical problem with the keyboard or controller, and not the keyboard map. Probably not something you'll be able to repair yourself.
