windows installer?

Hello, thank you for this site.
I have a strange problem. Everytime I open internet explorer,a windows installer box, pops up stating "prepairing to install." If you cancel it then it just keeps appearing. If I can manage to cancel it out then internet explorer shuts down. I have ZoneLab Pro and have passed each scan plus used ewido in safe mode, both came back clean. How can I get this to stop. It comes up with each web page? I have found no help with Zonelab or Microsoft.
