computer crashes when toolbar or destop item is clicked

I can't start up in safemode anymore either. I don't know what to do, please help me.

It very well could be malware but if you're certain it's not then the only option I see would be to find your recovery/windows disk and repair/reinstall windows. All you do is put the cd in before your computer starts up, and follow the prompts.
