OK it hasnt done this hasnt happened before so I dont know what it is, but for some reason JPEG pictures on the internet are really blurry or there is no detail as the colours are all the same, as in sometimes you cant actually see what the pics are. I cant figure out how to fix it, any ideas would be useful please! :whistling:

hey, it was all pictures that were jpegs for some reason.

We phoned the helpline + had to reinstall something that was damaged or removed (im not sure!)
