hi:

I have j2se 5.0 update 6.0
java 2 se v1.4.1
java 2 se v1.4.2_05

Which one I can erase, and should I install java first and then firefox, or firefox first and then java.

keep the first one, uninstall the rest. version 5.0 update 6 is the newest version of java, I think.

since firefox does not depend on java being installed, the order of installation doesn't matter.
