I installed Lynksys Wireless-G notebook adapter because my internal wireless card seemed slow, but my computer did not recognize the wireless-g, so uninstalled the software and now my computer does not even recognize my internal wireless card. In network places, it doesn't even show that I have a wireless card.

when installing the wireless G drivers, it possibly overwrote the original drivers, and when you removed the Wireless G drivers it left you without any drivers at all. Did the wireless card come with a driver disk, and if so, what make/model is it.

Okay, when I went to device manager, my Dell TrueMobile card has a yellow exclamation mark over it. I did use the software that came with the wireless card to install the product. The model is WPC54G and it is a 2.4 GHz, 802.11g Ver. 2.0.

the yellow question mark means that the driver is gone for the internal card go to the dell website and download the drivers and install them
