VB calculations problem

I am creating a program in Visual Basic that creates calculations but the problem is that it often outputs in a format i do not want. ie for the calculation below.

2 / 346 = 5.78034E -03

and the format I would like the answer to be is 0.00578034

How can I do this??

read about the format function. I program in java and C normally, but every higher language has something like this.
