Hey Guys, I have a huge problem. I just got my computer for Christmas and one day I started it up and it went thru its normal process and when it got to my desktop, it freezes. My mouse and keyboard won't work! Sometimes if I leave it alone it will eventually work. Now it also seems that my Norton isn't working properly.
Can someone please help me. :whistling:

Thanks
J

shouldn't have any options...

all that should be done is to click the start button...then the run button...then type chkdsk /f /r it SHOULD pop up a message about having to schedule the scan at reboot...IF it doesn't give this message..then it should be scanning...
