I am able to surf to all my usual sites and able to do internet banking etc. I am trying to reach a new site (large insurance & employee benefits carrier). Every time after a lengthy wait I get "The Page Cannot Be Displayed" . I deleted all cookies & temporary internet files to no avail. I called 3 people all who get on site easily. What can I do?

Sometimes this happens when you have your internet security setting set on "High" if you are using Internet Explorer. You might try setting it to medium and see if you can get to the webpage.
