Should I Upgrade To Win Serv Pak 2 or Not?

When Win Serv Pak 2 upgrade came out there were some issues and problems associated with it that caused problems and headaches for users. I did not do the upgrade and am still operating with Win Serv Pak 1.

I am wondering if the problems and issues with Serv Pak 2 have been resolved.

I have a Dell Dimension 8250, 2.8, 256mb RAM, Win XP, etc.. What issues or problems would I be facing after upgrading now?

Should I do the upgrade or not??

Thanks for any feedback.

It has improved, to the point where a lot of SP2 includes essential security measures.

Scan the system with your anti virus programme and any anti spyware programmes you have

Run disc clean up, reboot, run disc defragmenter, set a restore point

Use Microsoft Update to get SP2
