ATI CATALYST 6.3 TVOUT widescreen?

Hi ive got a ati all in wonder 9800 se (pipelines have been unlocked so more like a 9800 PRO) and i now have my widescreen telly attached to the TV out on S-Video and i cant see any settings that turns the screen size to a widescreen format.
So when i play games or watch TV its in 4:3 format and it looks crap just being stretched to 16:9!
Ive looked through control panel, catalyst etc and cant see a widescreen button?!

Also whats the best virtual memory settings for my PC i have 512mb ram and 128mb in my 9800 ive heard that X1.5 the pysical memory should do in virtual memory.

Hope you can advise!
