<_< I opened the side of my cpu to clean the dust from it.
I saw that the little fan on the motherboard was filthy. So I took it apon myself to unscrew it and clean it. Now it's clean and put back on, the thing is that my cpu is now louder then it used to be. It's a wistleing noise that is very annoying. Please help if you can. Thank you 'email removed'

Sounds like the bearings have gone out. You should be able to purchase a new fan at a local computer shop for under $10.
