hello

im trying to make a shortcut to "my documents" when i open "my computer." i want to put it under "files stored on this computer" but i cannot paste or send it to that destination.

the shortcut was there before but when my computer had problems (which was a long time ago) it was deleted.

any ways to get the shortcut back?

thankyou

i see the problem, i dont think windows will allow you to add extra shortcuts there, however on the left of the window under 'other places' there is an existing shortcut to 'my documents' that is always there. You can also navigate to my documents using the 'address bar'.

another solution is to put the shortcut on the desktop

right click - new - shortcut
