Deleting 120,000 folders fast

Is there any way I can delete 120,000 folders (that are empty and have the same name but with just a different number after them) pretty fast. I tried searching and selected them all and hit delete but my computer freezes everytime.

press windows botton and f botton
all files and folders
type the name of folder
select all but make sure there are none you need
delete

are they of a unique name? like..named something that you KNOW for a fact you have no other folder's with similar beginnings (everything but the number)? and are they all in the same parent directory (i.e. are they all in c: or the my documents folder?

Are you able to do a fwe at a time and it is jus twhen you select ALL of them it locks?
