ETrust antivirus came with my comp. I tried to remove it on add/remove on control panel. Etrust antivirus registration is still there but when I click it remove button is missing! I am trying to install macafee security suite but it says i have to remove CA eTrust antivirus. I have tried starting my comp in safe mode, opening programmes folder but it doesn't seem to exist anywhere other than my add/remove programmes and theres no option to remove it there. operating system win xp sp2. Appreciate any help thanks

Hello Maryfen and welcome to G2G!

Have you tried running cleaning up the Windows registry?
You can do this by running CCleaner > http://www.ccleaner.com/
