Everytime while I am using my computer, my computer restarts all by itself. I reformatted my computer and it still does this.

Hi vefury...

This could be malware related or it could be heat. Download Speedfan 4.28 and run it on your machine to monitor temperatures and voltages.

Check the temperatures right after you start up and then again after the machine has run for a while. Post the results here for me.
