Help With Removing a Item From The Add/Remove List

I unistalled the item and it is still there how do i get rid of it?

Hi:

Are you saying the listing is still there in the Add/Remove listing or that it didn't uninstall from the Program Files folder?

i uninstalled the item and it remains on the add/remove list
