Please help! I frequenty turn word documents into PDF using Adobe Acrobat 5.0. I usually do this by clicking on the little adobe icon on my tool bar but have also done it by "printing" to Acrobat Distiller. Suddenly this function doesn't work and the program shows as 'not reponding' using either of these methods.

I also had a somewhat similar problem in PageMaker but I can't remeber exactly what it was...however, I do remeber I fixed it by using 'export to PDF' instead of save as a PDF file.

Any ideas about why this is happening and how I might fix it?

Thanking you in advance :tazz:

Uninstall and Reinstall Adobe Acrobat. Make sure that you have the lastest version. Hope that this helps.

This is a neat thing which converts docs to PDF with optional encryption.
