Hello caimbo!

Welcome to Geekstogo. The infection I see on your computer is one that stopped quite a few months back so you must have had it on your system for quite a while now! We are going to run a free removal tool created by one of our fellow members here.

Firstly start a new scan with HJT and place a checkmark next to each of the following items (if present):

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [System service79] C:\WINDOWS\etb\pokapoka79.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [checkrun] C:\windows\system32\elitezkr32.exe
O23 - Service: CTI Central Management (CTIMngr) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\cti.exe

Please download LQfix.exe and save it to your desktop.

Double-Click LQfix.exe and click Next > Next > Install.
Leave the default settings, if you change them, the fix will Fail!
Now make sure the "Launch LQfix" box is checked.
Click the Finish button, after clicking the Finish button the fix will start.
Follow the on-screen prompts.
Your system will now reboot afterwards.
Please be patient after the reboot, there is a script running in the background that needs to complete.

I also see a nasty service running on your system. "CTI Central Management" is malware which lowers your system settings. We need to delete the file that the service runs off with a bit more force as I have seen this file to be quite stubbourn:

* Open hijackthis, click 'config' (bottom right)
Choose the tab 'misc Tools' on top.
Choose 'delete a file on reboot'
In the field, copy and paste next:

C:\WINDOWS\cti.exe

Click open.
Hijackthis will tell you that this file will be deleted on next reboot and if you want to reboot now.
When asked if you want to reboot now, say Yes.

After the reboot, open notepad and copy and paste next in it:

sc stop CTIMngr
sc delete CTIMngr

Save this as look.bat
Choose to save as all files.

Double click on it to open it and let it run. This batch file will delete the services that are running along side the bad cti.exe. After the batch has finished please reboot your computer (important).

After the reboot, do a scan with HiJackThis and post a new log by using Add Reply!
