FX5500 Video Card & DirectX 9.0

Hi All,

I Just Updated my video drivers for my card (BFG Graphics) FX5500 and installed DirectX 9.0
I uninstalled the old drivers per the nVidea then installed the new ones then DirectX9.0

Now I get 3D device failures on all my games

I ran DXDIAG and recieved the following error:

STEP8 (CREATING 3D DEVICE): HRESULT=0x887602eb error

Any ideas???
