Ihave just recently got a computer and it is so slow!!! I have done a disk cleanup and defrag. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That seems odd a brand new PC would be slow. You can try opening up your Task Manager (ctrl-alt-del), click "processes tab" and look in the memory column and see if there is an app hogging up all your RAM (i.e. a real big number in the memory column). Mem Usage column to be exact. You can sort it from biggest to smallest (and vice versa) by clilcking on the column header.
