IE Doesn't work , PROXY STUFF!

ok my IE doesn't start up any other browser will but i need IE for msn. Recently i installed sum anoynomous web surfer stuff and it changed the proxies. In opera i disable proxies and it worked fine. In IE i dont know how to do that so im having problems. Can anybody help me? im pretty sure i dont hav spyware.


BTW, just as a side note. How do u system restore?

Tools-internet options-connections-click your connections then settings or click lan settings
