I have a digital video cam. and need to connect to a video capture device, the only program I have is Neodvd. It will not recognize the USB or DI link or capture the video. Any thoughts?

For USB, it needs Sony drivers as well

The easiest way is to use firewire

Ha, i feel dumb now. I have a capture card, but the Sony drivers weren't installed after my computer crash. Everything works perfectly now. Thanks for recommending Firewire. works like a charm.
