help with motherboard switches for cpu

hi ive got an amd duron 1300 and not sure about wot voltage my switches should be det at the manaul is below for my mohterboard
im guessing its 1.75v as it has the letter M which indicates 1.75 ( also what do the black lines mean on the switches )
