Hi Guys, I was hoping that someone could help me out here.

What it is is my brother has somehow managed to install all sorts of stuff on this computer(Spyware quake and some "All site Access.exe thing). These files have now taken over the browser and changing the homepage and favourites.

I've included a hijackthis log. I've got a funny feeling it is heavily infected.
