I was asking for help there and that will show my problem. I can't get the hijackthis download to come cuz whenever I click to go to the page to get it my comp goes to one of those two webpages I listed in the other forum. Whenever I hit enter in the adress bar it takes me to those pages.

I need help and advice please. I can't figure out how the heck to get it so I can download Hijackthis to get rid of it.

Also Windows Media PLayer won't open. Don't know if that has to do with that or not.

All help appreciated.

Please read the forum link to know what my problem is.

Thanks,

Kyle

We can definitely help you. Try this:

Let us take a closer look at what is running on your PC. We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool (HiJackThis) and post a log back here with the results.

Click the HijackThis Guide in my signature, download it and follow the instructions in the guide.

Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results. <_<
