My Favorite is SessionSaver. SessionSaver restores your previous browsing session. The best part is no matter how many tabs you have, after you close FireFox, The next time you open it there all there just how you left it.

noscript is a favourite, does what it says on the tin prevents on allowed sites from running scripts on your computer.

Big favourite is mouse gestures, i love it makes browsing faster.

adblock is my favorite sadly
only reason, i get get ride of the intellitxt thing that i hate as its disruptive when reading articles
