The infection of the Alcan worm has cripple my internet connection on my PC that is infected. I use a wireless USB network adaptor and clicking "repair" does not fix my issue (it hangs up on the "connecting to the wireless network" and then windows say it cannot finish repairing the connection). I have been sent here for assistance in order to get my connection running again to combat the effects of the worm.

No it isnt yet. I was working with another specialist in the malware forum, but we ran into a snag when I needed to download spysweeper from the net and my connection is down. So i tried transferring it using a jump drive from my laptop to that infected computer and it doesnt work either because I'm getting a message stating I do not have access to my Temp folder. any suggestions?
