Hi,
I've recently installed a copy of Photoshop CS2 and the colours are not right when I open/scan in a document.
The picture or doc would be too yellow - but if i save and open from windows (not using photoshop), the picture looks normal. How do I make photoshop match the actual colours of the document??

Thanks guys!!

1. Make sure color space is the same, Is photoshop set for rgb or cymk? RBG files opened in PS that is set to cymk a color shift will occur.

2. Colors built of percentages of CMYK will shift sometimes when entering the Photoshop CMYK color space. This is due to 'gamma' - change your gamma to match up the colors.

Hi there,
thanks for your message...but i don't quite understand. I'm not that seasoned a PS user...
My pics still come up a little yellow and I don't quite understand the colors profiles etc.

Thanks
