hello...

i connected 2 of my computers in crossover cable.
is there any way to limit my slave computer's bandwidth?
any software i can use? not hardware (routers and such)..

limit the bandwidth by saying how much upload and download it can have in Kilobites
like it can have 10% upload and 25% download

if there is some other way im open to suggestions
