I have Outlook 2002 and have two e-mail accounts and want to add another one. I would like to have a separate signature for each account when sending e-mails. I have figured out to send from the different accounts but not how to easily add another signature other than the default one. Please adivse if this is possible.

Thanks. Jim B.

Welcome jblyth <_<

I don't know that it's possible to have an independent signature for each Outlook email account, however you can create multiple email signatures and then choose which to use for each message.

I'm using Outlook 2003, to select a signature I right click my signature and a drop down menu appears.
