un nessecary things on startup

whenever I start up my computer, my windows instaler tries to install a bunch of things that are already there, like micosoft word or front page, and recently I keep getting this warning when i start up

Hello badmonur...

Try running the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility. Select each application you get an error for from the list in the Cleanup Utility and have it clean things up.
