im at a computer in town A and my other computer #2 is in town B if i know computer #2's IP adress and it online and connected is there any way i can send a file to it? without www.gotomypc.com or anything like that.?

Hey there tom_beach22.

Well sought of, if you have the IP and type it inside IE (Does not work in Firefox) computer #2 has to have shared files.(With settings, "Allow users to change or modify my files"). Try that. Example. \\***.***.***.** this will open a sought of ftp server where you can/should be able to upload/download all shared files.
