When I try to click on a link within an email, nothing happens. I've tried to look within help, but found nothing. Can anyone help?

Thanks.

1. Click Start, click Run, type the following command in the Run dialog box, and then click OK:

regsvr32 urlmon.dll

2. Repeat step 1 for each of the following commands:

regsvr32 mshtml.dll

regsvr32 shdocvw.dll

regsvr32 browseui.dll

regsvr32 msjava.dll

That command worked for all but the last one. It gives me an error that says " LoadLibrary("msjava.dll")failed - The specified module could not be found. What does that mean and what do I do about it?

Thanks in advance.

You can get that here

http://www.dll-files...es.shtml?msjava

Install to here

C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP).

Try the command again

Have you got SP2?

Most solutions involve getting the latest service pack, hence the question on SP2

See how adding the dll file helps, not sure if you will need to run the command you had the problem with after installing it

OK. I downloaded that file in the directory you gave me, restarted my computer and then ran all of those again. Now when I click on the link in an email, it gives me a tone but still doesn't take me to the site.
Any other suggestions?
