Hi, I am having a very long reboot time. After rebooting my computer runs very slow. I try to defrag and end up with several files that are unable to defrag. I occasionally receive a message that my virtual memory is low and it is searching for more space. I have attached my defrag report. What other info do you need to help me resolve this problem? Thanks in advance. Bruce

Click start then run, type prefetch then press enter, click edit then select all, right click any file then click delete, confirm delete

Click start, all programmes, accessories, system tools to run disc clean up

Click start then run, type sfc /scannow then press enter, you need the XP CD and Windows File Protection will show a blue onscreen progress bar, when the bar goes, reboot
