Asked about recovering the use of f11 key

Got reply about the use of the f11 key that dell has on it's computer ....
But I re-installed windows xp home edition and used the resource disc Dell plus there tools disc and now I can't use this key (F11KEY) also lost on help and support Dell's user's and system guide plus software guide is there a way to get it back and already went to dell site and got NO answers
