Just one more question before i type up my final setup to purchase my pc.

Which mainboard should i choose from out of the following? I don't need SLI, because i won't be having 2 video cards. Needs to have a sound card that supports 5.1 speakers.
btw, this is for my 3200+ AMD64 939 Pin

any of the msi or gigabytes that have nforce4 and is compatable with a socket 939 cpu is fine..
