Something keeps embedding on my computer

I have a computer thats only a couple months old and everything was going well until some idiot downloaded the file sharing program KaZaa on it. I removed it when I first found it but the damage was already done. I've ran Ad-Aware SE and the same type of files keep getting embedded, so I have to remove them over and over. Serious slowdown has occured since the problem originated.
