Here's the situation:
Elementary school with closed circuit system for live video news broadcast. Camera connect to broadcast system via composite (red, white, yellow) cables.

What we are looking to do:
Connect camera to computer.
Use software (visual communicator studio) http://www.seriousma...arisonChart.cfm
to add titles, backgounds, transitions, etc. to broadcast.
Connect real microphones (standard 5 pin) to computer for sound input
Send broadcast live out of computer to closed circuit system via composite cables (only input available to school broadcast equipment.

Can this be done? Can this be done cheaply? How?!?!?!?
