Since doing the mandatory MSN Messenger update I get the following error for LiveUpdate: LU1848 couldn't create callback object. I have searched Symantec and other websites and the solution seems very complicated - uninstall, install, edit registry, etc, etc. Does anyone have a simpler solution? Could this come from some other source than having to do with the MSN Messenger update?
