Began this morning; MS Word opened very slowly. Could not open file folders, or save documents. Ran virus scan, ran Ewido. Defragged, did disk cleanup. Uninstalled and reinstalled MS Office. After the reinstall the program runs faster, but I still cannot open files, or save documents. :whistling:

Me too. I went to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/918165 and got their official report. I fixed it about half an hour ago. It works, with no side effects so far.

Glad to see I wasn't going crazy!
