i notices that geeks can take a snapshot of there pages and paste them on the forum how do they do that.

OK Thanks but now i have another question. When i had norton system works or i think that might of been the only way that the norton antivirus would open up and scan while i was in safe mode. but now i cant open up norton antivirus . so im not sure its protecting me if i go to safe mode with networking. the reason i say that about norton is that i heard that when norton comes accross a virus or something it disagree on it shuts down just wondering if thats what happening in safemode.

Run live update

If no change

Uninstall live update with add / remove, run disc clean up, reboot, re-install live update

Well iran live update but did not uninstall it followed symantec intructions but i do have a read out of my operating system its not a hijack log so im gonna post it. norton could not fix it so here it is

Well i posted it now ill just wait. is there a way to locate members in any forum im looking for bushmon04 i dont know date or keywords that id is in the malware forum just want to check on it

well heres one for you or us. i just had another blue screen with...........

........stop..0X00000077..........so it was a memory dump.

but i started in safe mode ran cclean cuz i remember seeing memory dump there.

not sure if it will help but what the [bleep]. i also uninstall drivers for printer if they are the problem then i dont need them


also got some other drivers that will get removed if i get blue screen again.
