Hello - Pop-ups from urllogic.com and loadingwebsite.com are still killing me even after all required programs offered on this site were run. Here is my HijackThis log.... Any help is greatly appreciated!

Please set your system to show all files; see here for how to do this if you're unsure.

The following are mandatory fixes:
Press Control-Alt-Del to enter the Task Manager.
Click on the Processes tab and end the following processes:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\wrrvuw.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ellrfaaf.exe
C:\WINDOWS\wupdt.exe
C:\WINDOWS\lml.exe
C:\WINDOWS\farmmext.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ygcfwqgx5.exe

Exit the Task Manager when finished

Close all programs down, leaving only HijackThis running.
Place a check against the following items:

Click on Fix Checked and exit HijackThis.

Reboot into Safe Mode: see here if you don't know how to do this.

C:\WINDOWS\wupdt.exe
C:\WINDOWS\lml.exe

Post back a fresh HijackThis log and we'll take another look.

Hi - Thank you so much, this thing has me pulling my hair out...

Anyway, I found that all of the processes you told me to end were not currently running, which was bizarre....

Also, in safe mode I was only able to find and delete the following files:

c:\windows\farmmext.exe
c:\windows\system32\wrrvuw.exe
c:\windows\system32\ellrfaaf.exe

I could NOT find or delete the following:

c:\windows\wupdt.exe
c:\windows\system32\ygcfwqgx5.exe

Please set your system to show all files; see here for how to do this if you're unsure.

Press Control-Alt-Del to enter the Task Manager.
Click on the Processes tab and end the following processes:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\httkgh.exe

Exit the Task Manager when finished

Close all programs down, leaving only HijackThis running.
Place a check against the following items:

O23 - Service: mlvhzlxqazgl (txzgxyts5) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\ygcfwqgx5.exe (file missing)

Click on Fix Checked and exit HijackThis.

Reboot into Safe Mode: see here if you don't know how to do this.

Using Windows Explorer, locate the following files/folders, and delete them:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\httkgh.exe <--DELETE THIS FILE

Exit Explorer, and reboot as normal afterwards.

Post back a fresh HijackThis log and we'll take another look.

Thank you again. I believe you've eliminated loadingwebsite.com from my system, but I still am receiving the occasional popup from urllogic.com.

Just like last time, the process "httkgh.exe" that you instucted me to end was not running. Also, as you'll notice, this is the second time I have attempted to fix the following line and had it reappear:

"O23 - Service: mlvhzlxqazgl (txzgxyts5) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\ygcfwqgx5.exe (file missing)"

However, I was able to locate and delete the following in safe mode:

Important Step
1. Go to Start->Run and type "Services.msc" (without quotes) then hit Ok
Scroll down and find the service called:

Service: mlvhzlxqazgl txzgxyts5 - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\ygcfwqgx5.exe

Close all programs down, leaving only HijackThis running.

Ok click stop the service > then disable the service

Closes the all windows run HJT and remove the entry

I use this Program and is setup like this all boxs are check.

Clean out off temp files in Mozilla, Internet Explorer.
Internet Explorer: Tools/ Internet Options/ General/ Temporary internet files/ Delete Files (NOTE, that this may take very long!). You can also set the memory limit to about 80 MB at the Settings.

Mozilla: Edit/ Options/ Extended/ Cache/ Clear Cache

Turn of system restore
Disabling or enabling Windows XP System Restore And create a new restore point
