OK first thing could be Anti-Virus or Anti-Spyware just disable these while installing and see if that works.

1. Go to start/run and type in regedit
2. go to (HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT)
3. find .key
4. right click .key and choose permissions
5. choose the administrators group
6. Click on Advanced and choose administrators.
7. Click on edit and then choose full control.
8. Save and close then try and install.

If this doesn't work then the only problem could be that some sort of spyware, virus protection, etc program is conflicting and need to be disabled, and if not then restart the PC and boot into safe mode and then install and then go back into normal mode.

I've seen this before, (where as it integrates your ISP into your browser, sort off). I'm not really sure this would make a difference though.

Just delete all of your cookies and history.
you can do this by downloading programs or just going into Internet options and doing it that way.

That'll probably cost you, you could use the 30 day free trial of IOLO system mechanic 6 pro which is a great program.
