easy web print

hello, can anyone help me with canon easy web print. lt was running fine for a while but slowly it started to play up on me as l had to go into properties to change it over from fax mode to printer mode. Now l get script failure and l can't print anything.
What l'm facing is

INTERNET EXPLORER SCRIPT ERROR
LINE 610
CHAR 21
CODE 0
ERROR Access denied
Do you want to continue running scripts on this page YES NO

l've tried uninstall and re-install, no good.

Please help someone. Gennadi
