Hi, using Windows 98 SE when I type ftp.btinternet.com and enter my details, I typically get to see my directory structure for a couple of seconds before getting an error message. My computer then resets itself!?!?
Somtimes I might get to click on a file or similar but that is it!
I have tried filezilla? and this results in a timeout error, then the computer resets itself like someone has pressed the reset button?

Anyone help me with this?

Olly.

This looks like a Malware problem, and a port block problem.

If you suspect it being malware head over to the malware removal section: http://www.geekstogo...o_Here-f37.html and make a post there.
