hello people

got a quick question, i got an ipod for christmas, i have a converter called Xilisoft (which is free for any 1 who wants it)

heres the problem with it though, after it converts the videos it makes them run slightly slower then the sound, as in i would here it before there lips move. i was wondering if theres a way to stop that or even a entire new converting software i can use that doesnt do this


any help will.... help
