My laptop that runs on XP has been infected with 119 Spyware infections(according to Spware Doctor) I have NORTON 2006 installed but it seems to be useless against Spyware.

The main one that has infected the laptop is PestTrap. Now i need a FREE anti-Spyware program not just a free scan but a TOTALLY FREE program i can download. Can anyone recommenc a good one please?
